What you are allowed to do with the track

Three levels. They differ by where the track may be played and by how much money may sit behind it — not by how the paragraph is worded. Pick the one that matches the job; the price difference is added once, per track, and never billed again.

A credit is one track. Each pack carries a licence level with it, so the two halves of this page are one purchase: you buy the tracks and the right to use them in the same go. The prices below come from our billing — the number here is the number on the invoice.

Payment is in USDT and nothing else. We do not take cards, so there is no card number to type and none for us to store. The next page shows an address and an amount; the plan opens on your account when the transfer confirms.

What Personal Commercial Broadcast

Media spend means what you pay the platform, not what you pay us. If a campaign passes ฿1,000,000, the difference to Broadcast is invoiced once and the licence is reissued — we do not go back and charge for what already ran.

What we guarantee, and what nobody can

We guarantee

  • The track was generated for your brief. We do not resell someone else's catalogue with a new name on it.
  • No sample libraries with their own licences are baked into it, so there is no second rights holder to appear later.
  • We keep the generation record — model, prompt, seed, date — for two years, and hand it over if a platform asks you for proof.
  • If a content-ID system claims your track as someone else's, we take the dispute on ourselves. If it is not resolved in 14 days, you get the money back and keep the files.
  • The licence is written to your name or your company's, on paper, with the track title and the date on it.

We do not, and we will not pretend

  • Copyright of an authored work. In the United States and several other countries, purely AI-generated audio is not registrable as an authored work. You are getting a licence to use the files, and an indemnity — not a registrable authorship claim.
  • That nothing similar exists. A model trained on popular music produces music that sounds like popular music. We check the obvious collisions; nobody can check all of them.
  • That a platform will not tag it. Detection tools improve every few months and we do not control them.
  • Exclusivity by default. Unless you buy the Broadcast level or the buy-out, the track stays in the catalogue and someone else can license it.

Platforms that ask you to disclose AI

Disclosure is not an admission of anything — it is a checkbox, and skipping it is what gets channels penalised. Here is where it lives and what to put.

YouTube

In the upload flow, “Altered or synthetic content”. For a soundtrack you tick it only when the AI content is realistic — a synthetic voice imitating a real person. A generated instrumental bed under your own footage does not need the flag. If you used our vocal, tick it.

Spotify, Deezer, Apple

Distributors now carry an AI-involvement field in the delivery form. Fill it in as “AI-assisted composition and production”. A release flagged honestly stays up; one caught unflagged tends not to.

Meta, TikTok, Instagram

The AI label is applied automatically from file metadata in many cases. We do not strip that metadata out — asking us to is the one request we say no to.

Broadcasters and agencies

Most now require a written statement in the delivery package. Yours comes with the Broadcast licence as a signed page.

If someone claims your track

Send us the claim reference and the date. We answer the dispute with the generation record within two working days — that is what the record is kept for. You do not talk to the claimant, and you do not take the video down while it is open unless the platform forces it. If the claim stands, the track is withdrawn, you are refunded in full, and we write you a replacement at no cost. This has to be written down somewhere, so it is written here.
