What we know about you, in the order you would ask.
Short, because there is not much. This service does not run on knowing things about you — it runs on doing work you asked for and invoicing it.
1What we hold, and what we do not
Two lists, because the second one is the interesting one.
We hold: the email address you registered with, the plan you chose, the briefs you submitted, the videos produced from them, the invoices, and a log of when your account was accessed.
We do not hold: card details of any kind — payment here is USDT only, so there is no card anywhere in this service to hold; your address, unless a delivery needs one; anything about you gathered from somewhere other than you.
2What sits on your device
This demo puts nothing on your device except what you put there yourself: the plan you
built, the brief you started, the account you opened here. It lives in
localStorage on this browser, on this machine.
There are no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no requests to any domain other than this one. That is not a promise about intentions — open the network tab and count.
Clearing your browser data removes all of it, and nothing of it ever reached us.
3Why we hold it
Under the GDPR's language, our grounds are:
- Performance of a contract — the brief, the videos, the invoices. We cannot deliver what you ordered without keeping what you ordered.
- Legal obligation — invoices and tax records, kept as long as the law requires and not a day longer for that purpose.
- Legitimate interest — access logs, kept to notice a break-in. Narrow, and you can object.
We do not rely on consent for any of it, because we do not do the things consent is usually needed for.
4Who else sees it
The infrastructure that runs the service — hosting, the payment gateway that watches the USDT address, the model providers that generate the work — see what they need to do their part, and nothing else. Model providers receive the brief text; they do not receive who you are.
Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it. There is no advertising business behind this service, which is the only reason that sentence can be short.
5Where it lives
Servers in Singapore, with backups in the same region. Where a model provider is outside that region, the transfer runs on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
A live version of this service names each processor here by name. A demo does not get to invent contracts it has not signed.
6How long
Your account and its work: while the account is open, then twelve months, then deleted. Invoices: as long as tax law requires. Access logs: ninety days. Deleted briefs and videos: thirty days in backups, then gone with the backup rotation.
Deletion means deletion — not a flag that hides the row from the interface.
7What you can make us do
Ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, and get it in a readable format. Correct what is wrong. Delete the account and its contents. Object to the access logging. Take your data elsewhere. Complain to a supervisory authority without asking us first.
One request, one month, no fee, no interrogation about why. Nothing in the service is made worse because you exercised a right — that is illegal, and it is also just rude.
8Signals we honour
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Since we do neither, honouring it costs us nothing — but the signal is read rather than ignored, which is the part that matters.
Do Not Track is honoured on the same basis. We do not track across sites.
9Children
The service is not for people under sixteen, and we do not knowingly hold their data. If you believe a child's information reached us, write and it will be removed the same working day.
10Changes and how to reach us
This page carries a version and a date. When something material changes — a new processor, a new purpose, a longer retention — we say so before it takes effect.
