Anyone can claim they own what they published. This page is how you test the claim on anything we release — with tools that are not ours, against records we cannot quietly rewrite.
Every release we ship — a track, a film, an image set — gets a fingerprint the moment it is finished, and that fingerprint gets stamped by two independent clocks before anyone sees the file. The stamps prove the work existed at a time we cannot fake. If someone else later claims it, the timestamps decide, not the argument.
The finished file is hashed with SHA-256. Change one byte of the audio or one pixel of a frame and the hash changes completely. The hash — not the file — is what gets stamped, so nothing private has to leave our side.
The hash is submitted to an RFC 3161 time-stamping authority, which signs it, and to OpenTimestamps, which anchors it in the Bitcoin blockchain. Neither is operated by us. To forge either you would have to forge a public chain or a third party's signing key.
The hash, both stamps, the source prompts, the model versions and the render logs are kept together as one evidence bundle. It is what a lawyer would need, assembled before there is a dispute rather than after.
The release is written into a registry with its hash, its date and its territory rules. That entry is the public, checkable face of the bundle.
You do not need us, and you do not need to trust us. Given a file we released and
its .ots stamp:

All intellectual property in a Cruscy release — the characters and their names and likenesses, the scripts and lyrics, the compositions, masters and stems, the footage, stills and thumbnails, the models, prompts, weights and pipelines used to make them, together with the Cruscy name, marks and trade dress — is and remains the exclusive property of Cruscy. Nothing published, previewed, timestamped or described anywhere on this site transfers, licenses, exhausts or waives any of it.
No licence is granted by implication or estoppel. Access to a release does not create a right to copy, adapt, translate, sample, train on, index for training, scrape, resell or publicly perform it. Any permission is by separate written agreement signed by Cruscy, and is limited to exactly what that agreement states.
Releases carry territorial and contextual conditions recorded in the registry entry, and those conditions form part of every permission we grant. Where the permitted scope is not expressly stated in writing, no permission exists. Cruscy reserves the right to withdraw, restrict or re-scope availability of any release at any time and without notice, and to enforce its rights in any forum it selects.
Evidence bundles are supplied for verification purposes only, remain the confidential property of Cruscy, and are provided without any representation, warranty or undertaking of any kind, express or implied. They are supplied “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruscy’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this page, any bundle and any verification is limited to the amounts actually paid to Cruscy by the recipient in the twelve months preceding the claim, and Cruscy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or opportunity.
Anyone relying on, requesting or redistributing a bundle does so at their own risk and shall indemnify and hold harmless Cruscy and its personnel against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising from that use. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction. Our Terms apply in full and prevail over anything summarised here.
Name the track or the film and we will send its hash, both stamps and the registry entry. The public registry gets its own address as soon as it is ready to be linked.
